Hello E- News Friends!
I am Excited! Excited to see many of you tonight at our 1st Annual Thank You Banquet for those serving at Oak Bridge. What a great privilege it is to serve along side all of you! Jesus made a promise 2000 years ago that He would be with us as we went about making followers of Him, baptizing them, and teaching them to trust and apply His teachings to their lives. If you have been at Oak Bridge and served any length of time you know He is faithful to His word. Serving Him is simply amazing! The doors open at 6:30. Dinner starts at 7:00 and the menu looks scrumpdelicious!
I am excited! Excited for Sunday's worship in song, prayer, and word at Oak Bridge. We finish the prayer series with a message that will keep you "CHATting." You'll have to show up to find out why. Remember to keep praying for God's armor for you and your family/friends! I ask you to pray a little selfishly for some people on my heart: Connie, Cheryl, and Conrad for health issues and for my son Matt as he left for Haiti (with water bottle money over $1,000 to give them from you! TY) and his summer internship at the Big Stuf Camps. Ouch! My heart is already aching.
But as so many of you say and know...God is good.
